INTRODUCTION
The ICETEPLS2026 Research Excellence Awards, initiated by the Vikas Group of Institutions, aim to recognize outstanding contributions of academicians, researchers, innovators, mentors, and institutional leaders in engineering, technology, and interdisciplinary domains. These awards highlight excellence in research productivity, innovation impact, project mentorship, societal contribution, startup ecosystem development, and academic leadership. Special emphasis is given to measurable outcomes such as publications, patents, funded projects, industry collaborations, and student research guidance. The awards promote a culture of quality research aligned with national priorities and global academic standards. Transparent evaluation criteria ensure fair recognition across multiple categories. The initiative encourages emerging researchers, young faculty, women researchers, and experienced academic leaders alike. By honoring excellence, ICETEPLS2026 seeks to strengthen institutional research ecosystems and inspire collaborative innovation. These awards reflect the institution’s commitment to advancing knowledge, sustainability, and professional learning excellence.
